Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns:
   We accept returns and issue refunds for the following reasons:
    * Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within [7] days of delivery, providing clear photographic evidence.
    * Incorrect Items Shipped: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please notify us within [7] days of delivery.
    * Unopened and Unused Items: You may return unopened and unused items in their original packaging within [7] days of delivery for a full refund minus a 15% restocking fee also (excluding shipping costs).
   
   2. Non-Refundable Items:
    * Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.
    * Shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.

3. Return Process:
 * Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team by navigating to the Contact Us tab with your order number and the reason for your return.
 * Return Authorization: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.
 * Packaging and Shipping:
   * Please securely package the item(s) in their original packaging (if possible) to prevent damage during transit.
   * Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.
   * You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect items).
   * We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
 * Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy criteria.

4. Refund Process:
 * Refund Issuance: Once your return is inspected and approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within [7] business days.
 * Refund Amount:
   * For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, you will receive a full refund, including original shipping costs.
   * For returns of unopened and unused items, you will receive a refund for the product price, excluding original shipping costs.

5. Cancellations:
 * Order Cancellations: You can cancel your order before it ships. Kindly initiate a cancellation request by contacting us via Chat or submitting your information through the Contact Us page to request a cancellation.
 * Shipped Orders: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will need to follow the return process outlined above.
